We Have The Experience And Relationships At Wells Fargo For Short Sale Success

Hi this is Shawn Polston with TucsonShortSale.com in Tucson and Keller Williams Southern Arizona. I wanted to talk to you today about Wells Fargo short sales. If you look on the internet for information about Wells Fargo short sales, you’ll find all kinds of things out there from customers ranting about them to customers raving about them.

One of the things I have to tell you about Wells Fargo that continues to elude a lot of real estate agents for some reason is that Wells Fargo has an incredibly specific, detailed way to do business in regards to short sales. If your agent doesn’t make sure all of their bases are covered they are going to be one of the most frustrated people you’ve ever seen when they’re working on your short sale. Wells Fargo processes demand perfection; they expect all documentation to be properly filled out. When you know that going in, it’s really easy to make sure what you send them resembles that. The other thing that relates to Wells Fargo is that when you run in to problems with Wells Fargo there are a few key people you contact to make things happen. These are people that over the years I’ve gotten to know through doing so many short sales with them and understanding their systems and processes. One of the other benefits we have is that when we run into a problem or a delay, I have a few people I can email to make things instantly happen. The people at the top at Wells Fargo are very interested in helping their homeowners and helping them avoid foreclosure; they are very serious and very passionate about this.

They have very, very defined and refined processes and one of the biggest things with Wells Fargo, the difference between success and failure with your short sale, whoever is handling your file needs to have an incredibly good sense of humor and an incredible amount of attention to detail. They want every I dotted and every T crossed, no missing initials on anything, and every piece of paperwork you send them has to be completely legible.
