A Reliable Short Sale Game Plan Equals Quick Approvals While Working With Chase Bank

Hello everyone I am Shawn Polston with Tucson Short Sale Negotiator, thank you for joining me today. I work with Keller Williams Realty in the Tucson area and run the best short sale team in the area. I blog every week to provide Tucson homeowners with information on short sales and the different lenders and programs associated with it. For today’s topic I wanted to talk about working with Chase and EMC on a short sale file and what to expect during the process. A lot of people may not know but EMC and Chase are actually the same bank. While looking over the real estate blogs and websites recently I have heard some negative things about Chase short sales. For me this is very puzzling because both lenders are among my favorites for negotiating a short sale. Their systems are reliable and if you follow their guidelines your short sale will be quick and easy. Our short sale team routinely closes short sale with Chase bank and have great success with their negotiators. Having a short sale agent with the experience we have with Chase and EMC will help us develop a strategy to get the best price available for your distressed property. If you are behind on your Chase bank mortgage, or any other lender, please contact me today with any questions or visit my website you learn more. If you have already missed a mortgage payment time is not on your and the sooner we sit down to discuss your situation the better. Thank you for tuning in to Tucson Short Sale Negotiator. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

What You Will Need To Know To Get Started On A Short Sale Today

Hi there I am Shawn Polston with Tucson Short Sale Negotiator and Keller Williams Tucson. Today I wanted to talk about getting started on a short sale and what you need to know about the first few steps. Hopefully you have watched some of my video blogs to help answer some of your general questions about short sales and feel confident that this is the right choice for you. One of the first things you will need is a run down of all the documents your bank will request in order to initiate a Tucson short sale. Included in these documents you will need two years of tax returns, two months of bank statements, and pay stubs for your last month of work. The most important document will be a letter of hardship. This letter of hardship will briefly describe your situation and why the bank should consider allowing you to short sale your home. If you are unsure about what to write we can certainly provide some assistance but it is important to remember this letter is just to provide the facts to your bank. I recall the first short sale I ever closed the gentleman simply wrote,"My hours have been cut at work, I am not making as much money, please consider me for a short sale." By having this paperwork all set up it will take a lot of the guessing out of the short sale process for you the homeowner. If you would like to get started or have specific questions please give me a call or send me an e-mail. I look forward to hearing from you.
