Make Sure Your Short Sale Agent Is Truly An Expert And Not A Rookie

Hello everyone Shawn Polston here with Tucson Short Sales and 520 Short Sales thank you for your time today. I work with Keller Williams Realty in the Tucson region and use this blog to share valuable information with distressed property owners who are ready to get out from under their mortgage debt. If you are struggling to make your mortgage payments every month or have seen the value in your home dissapear please browse through the website or call me today to learn about your real estate options.

For my blog today I wanted to talk with Tucson homeowners about the importance of finding a trusted short sale agent with experience and results to represent them. As short sales have become more common, or cool as I like to say, more and more agents are claiming to be experts or specialists when they simply are not. When choosing your short sale agent in the Tucson area make sure you see there results first hand and don’t be afraid to ask the tough questions. Right now in Tucson there are one day semninars being given that will teach any average joe how to complete a short sale. These seminars do not even require you to have a real estate license and may result in short sale beginners handling your important file. When I meet with a Tucson homeowner who needs to sell their distressed property I am very upfront with my results and my door is open to anyone who wants to know how successful I have been closing short sales over the last four years. Completing a short sale, or avoiding foreclosure in general, is a very important matter to you and should not be trusted to just any short sale agent.

If you have questions about your distressed property or are already considering a short sale please fill out a contact form on my website or call me directly to chat with a real expert about your options. Thank you for checking out my blog and I hope you have a great day.

Be Wary Of Short Sale Agents Who Outsource Your Private Information To Third World Countries

Hello everyone Shawn Polston here with Tucson Short Sales and 520 Short Sales thank you for your time today. I work with Keller Williams Realty in the Tucson region and use my blog to keep distressed property owners informed on their options for getting out from under their mortgage debt. If you are struggling to make your mortgage payments or just need to sell your home fast please visit my website or call me personally to find out what options you have for avoiding foreclosure.

For my blog today I wanted to talk with Tucson homeowners about what to look for in a short sale team and some of the common trends I have been seeing lately that may be a risk for you. As short sales become more common across the country I continue to see more and more agents pop up trying to capitalize on the amount of distressed property owners in need of help. Unfortunately many of the agents, or teams, are only out to make a quick buck and do not have the best interest of you the homeowner in mind. From talking with Tucson homeowners and realtors I know that some of these upstart companies even outsource your file, and the private paperwork involved, to other countries. If you are a Tucson homeowner you need a Tucson agent that understands this area and will keep your private information in house and provide a full team of experts focused on getting your home sold. My team at Tucson Short Sales keeps all of your information in house from start to finish and have been getting short sales closed in this area for over four years.

Simply put, our team wants to share our experience and knowledge with you in order to make the best real estate decision that is available to you. As a long time Tucson resident I know this area, as a homeowner and as a realtor, and can help you get the answers and results for your distressed property needs. Please fill out a contact form on my website or call me directly today with any questions about getting out from under your mortgage debt. Thank you for your time today and I look forward to helping you in the future at Tucson Short Sales.

Has Your GMAC Loan Recently Been Transferred To Green Planet And You Need To Short Sale? Call Us!

Hi there, this is Shawn Polston again with Keller Williams Realty in Tucson. We’re one of the leading short sale teams in the Tucson area, so I’d like to encourage you to explore our website further or just give me a call if you are looking for short sale information or help. You can also utilize the short sale calculator on our website to find out just how underwater you are and if a short sale is the best option for you.

I would like to talk to you today about short sales with a company called Green Planet. They are a loan servicer and you don’t see them too much but something that I’ve recently noticed is a trend of VA loans that were with GMAC transferred to Green Planet. Green Planet is a great company to deal with. If you call them, they actually answer the phone; we have a really good relationship with them. If you’re considering a short sale and have a VA loan, we know the VA short sale process like the back of our hands so we can help you with that. Also, in most cases, if you do a short sale on your VA loan there will be a $1500 relocation incentive when you close. If you have a VA loan and you just received PCS orders, those short sales are being completed really fast right now.

If you have a GMAC loan and just received a letter in the mail telling you your loan is being transferred to Green Planet, we know how to successfully work your short sale with both of these companies. Please don’t hesitate to pick up the phone and give us a call or fill out the short sale information request form at the bottom of the page. Thanks again for joining me on my short sale website.
