How Can You Qualify For A Short Sale?

Thank you for joining me, this is Shawn Polston with TucsonShortSale.com at Keller William’s in southern Arizona. We are Tucson’s top short sale team and would like to help you with your difficult financial situation.

I wanted to talk to you today about a question that I get asked over and over again, "How do I qualify for a short sale?". Believe it or not, it’s not really that tough.

First of all, you either have to want to move, have to move or have some kind of situation in your life that is causing you to not be able to make your payments. We help anyone that is going through a death, divorce, job loss or transfer, medical issues or many other reasons. We have all kinds of great options for accomplishing a short sale if you are in a difficult situation.

One of the things that I want to get out there is that in most cases it’s incredibly rare that I run into people that don’t qualify for a short sale. If you are in a situation where your payments are not being made for any reason whatsoever, it’s nearly impossible that you won’t qualify for a short sale.

If you are in a difficult financial situation, are experiencing hardship in your life, or are tired of paying on your underwater home please reach out to me. I would love to talk to you more about how the short sale process works and discuss your specific situation with you. I can help you determine if a short sale is the best choice for you and, if so, provide you with the resources and tools that you need to successfully short sell your home. Please explore my website, TucsonShortSale.com, for more information, give me a call or fill out the Short Sale Request form on my website.
